Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit use the SProc.Net portal for their Care Homes (Staffordshire) 2020 category. This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), allowing any provider who meets the criteria to offer their services to Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit.

This approach opens up the market, giving all Providers equal opportunity to offer to provide care to service users. MLCSU utilise SProc.Net to manage this commissioning approach along with the billing process, improving cash flow to Providers with weekly payments.
