What is the opportunity?
| East Sussex County Council use the SProc.Net portal for their Passenger Transport Services category. This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), allowing any provider who meets the criteria to offer their services to East Sussex County Council. Through the introduction of the DPS, East Sussex County Council will ensure that they follow best procurement practice, by allowing healthy competition for each route. The DPS will provide an efficient, open procurement process and will deliver value and quality across the local area. East Sussex wish to ensure that all Suppliers are delivering a high quality of service, and so only those Suppliers that meet a minimum entry criteria will be invited to tender for individual contracts through the DPS.
