What is the opportunity?
West Northamptonshire Council uses the SProc.Net portal for its Passenger Transport Services category. This opportunity is delivered through an Open Framework, allowing Passenger Transport providers who meet the required criteria to offer their services to West Northamptonshire Council.
Through the introduction of more choice in the market, West Northamptonshire Council is increasing choice and encouraging healthy competition for each transport requirement. The Open Framework supports a more efficient sourcing process and helps deliver benefits for both the Council and its suppliers.
Once admitted, providers may be invited to bid for individual transport requirements via SProc.Net as they arise. The framework will be re-opened from time to time to allow new providers to apply.

1. Register for an account on SProc.Net
2. Fill out an Accreditation form for West Northamptonshire Council's Passenger Transport Services 2026 category
3. Submit an Enrolment form and select the types of services you can provide
