What is the opportunity?
| Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit use the SProc.Net portal for their S117 Payments (LLR) category. This is a payments portal, allowing Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit to manage their payments to providers. The system will manage the billing process, which improves the cash flow to providers by making payments on a weekly basis.
