What is the opportunity?
Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (‘Liverpool CCG’), in partnership with Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, use the SProc.Net portal for their Care at Home (Liverpool) Payments Only category. This is a Payment and Contract Management system, allowing the partnership to manage their payments to providers.
The system will manage the billing process, which improves the cash flow to providers by making payments on a weekly basis
