What is the opportunity?

London Borough of Bexley use the SProc.Net portal for their Travel and Transport Services category. This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), allowing any provider who meets the criteria to offer their services to London Borough of Bexley.

Bexley Council are looking to open up our access to the market through the use of a DPS, and wants to ensure that all suppliers are operating at a similar level of quality. Once a supplier has successfully enrolled on the DPS, they will benefit from the open market approach by receiving all the opportunities that they are eligible for.
